Founder/Executive Director- Marc Kramer, who has a master’s degree in management from Penn State University and an undergraduate degree in journalism from West Virginia University, has run over 20 startup companies and four turnarounds.  He has raised millions of dollars for his own ventures and others.  Marc has written six books, won the Inc. Entrepreneur of the Year award, was on the cover of Profit magazine and taught at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University and Temple University.

Cassandra Bailey- Cass is president and CEO of Slice Communications, brings a wide variety of experiences to the public relations and social media strategies she develops for Slice’s clients. With a background in international politics, economics, and philosophy, communications has become her passion and she has been tapped by various industry associations and the media to share her insights and experiences in the field.

Jerry Johnson-Jerry L. Johnson is the President & CEO of Heffler Advisors, LLC, a business advisory/consulting firm for start-ups, middle market businesses, established professional service firms and governmental agencies and authorities. Jerry advises companies who are in need of customized solutions to meet their growth, financing, technology, and business development needs while facing significant changes that threaten their survivability. Drawing on his vast knowledge and business acumen gained from serving in several significant management roles across multiple industry sectors, Jerry brings more than 43 years of experience to the advisory business.

Jon Gosier-For the past 10 years Jon Gosier has been an Executive leading technical teams and lead software developer.  He is a globally recognized serial tech entrepreneur, public speaker, and investor as a Co-Founder and General Partner of the venture capital firms Cross Valley and Third Cohort Capital. Jon has been listed among the ‘Most Influential Blacks in Technology’ by Business Insider 2013 and once again in 2014. He’s also been listed among the ‘20 Angel Investors Worth Knowing’ and among the ‘Innovators of the Year 2013’ by Black Enterprise Magazine. He is a TED Senior Fellow and graduate of the THNK School School for Creative Leadership.

 

Alan Kerzner – Alan teaches part-time at NYU and is an instructor and Executive Team coach at the Wharton Business School.  He has worked at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, and held senior management positions in a number of startups in the specialty retailing, pet food and b2b areas.  Alan is Founder and CEO of the Institute for Global Student Success, an organization focused on helping international students succeeded academically, socially and professionally in the United States.

Steve Smolinsky– Steve has advised numerous business owners and executives around the world on building fully accountable, aligned, focused, and engaged companies.  He founded or co-founded a number of companies and served as their president.  Currently he serves on several early stage company boards as well as being Regional Manager Africa, Latin America and Arabian Peninsula for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum, President Benari LTd, and Strategic Advisor Geneva Global.

Blane Fitzgerald Stoddart is President and CEO of BFW Group, LLC www.bfwgroup.net. BFW provides construction project management, LEED administration, owner’s representation, and development consulting services to institutions, government, non-profit and for-profit developers in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Mr. Stoddart holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Stoddart is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program – Cohort IV. Mr. Stoddart is a member of the Board of Entrepreneur Works, a small micro-business lender. He is President of the Better Living Center in Chester, PA and is a Co-Founder of the CEO Access Network at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stoddart is the Founder of Young Caribbean Professional Network which supports young track and field athletes from 5 Caribbean nations to attend the Penn Relays in Philadelphia each year. Mr. Stoddart has been named “One of 50 People to Watch” by Philadelphia Magazine; “10 Under 40” by the Philadelphia Tribune; and “40 Under 40” by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Suzanne Zammit- is director of the Camden CoLob; a coworking, incubator and accelerator community that offers entrepreneurs, small businesses, and students a programmed and professional atmosphere for pursuing innovation in the fields of technology, education, defense, and medicine. In this role, Suzanne attracts, develops and retains new businesses with high growth potential to foster economic growth and business success in Camden and across the region. She has had a more than 20-year career of increasing professional responsibility and authority in new product development, sales, marketing, training and management with firms across Southern New Jersey.
